This begins the design process.
Design meetings
You will have a series of meetings with our design consultants to develop drawings and renderings based on your goal and budget.
Approve pre-construction agreement
This will be based on schematic drawings and an agreed-upon budget. It will also ensure a place in our construction schedule.
Selections of finishes and materials
You will meet with our design consultants who will assist you in making all of your selections.
Approve construction agreement
This is based on final pricing of your selections and on detailed drawings and renderings.
