North End
Just north of the resort area of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, this neighborhood is home to many permanent residents as well as vacation homes for people from out of the area. There are a variety of lot sizes for either duplex condominium homes or single-family homes. Most lots are within walking distance to the ocean and many of the home-sites are within walking distance to First Landing State Park.

Old Beach
Enjoy beach living at its best in this area of the Oceanfront between 22nd and 27th Streets! When the original Seatack Lifesaving Station was built in 1878 (and rebuilt in 1903) on the beach at 24th Street, surfmen were sent from North Carolina stations to man the new station. The Seatack Station was a hub of growth for the Virginia Beach Oceanfront resort area. As families moved to the area to join their surfmen, homes were built near the station and today this area is known as “Old Beach.”
